R-38 Insulation in Attic - Increased insulation at hottest location in house.
R-15 Exterior Wall Insulation - Increased insulation via R-13 interior batt insulation and Dow 1/2” Styrofoam R-2.5 exterior sheathing.
R-6 Insulated A/C Ducts - Additional insulation on A/C duct that carries cool/warm air to house.
Insulative Sheathing on all hot walls - Provides seal and insulation on walls in attic, fireplaces and porches that are not typically insulated.
High Performance UL Mastic Seal - Provides leak-proof sealant on A/C duct joints as well as seams on furnace equipment.
Double Polyseal Foam Insulation - Provides seal for air infiltration at base plate of frame.
Duct Blaster Testing - Every home is tested by a third-party inspector and certified based on a stringent 3% air-tightness factor.
Insulation Inspection - Every home is tested and certified by a third-party inspector for gaps, cracks, voids in installation.

2. FRESH AIR VENTILATION
Bringing fresh air into the home in a controlled manner helps dilute dust, odors and contaminants, for improved air quality and moisture management.

Continuous Soffit Venting - Provides efficient attic venting that pushes bad air out and assists the A/C unit in running at its optimum level.
Air Hawk Roof Vents - Works with soffit venting to push hot air out of attic and away from A/C unit.
Honeywell Programmable Humidistat - Provides humidity control that balances air quality.

3. RIGHT SIZED HVAC EQUIPMENT
“Right-Sized” mechanical systems and tight ducts help enhance equipment efficiency and decrease humidity.

15 SEER Rated H.V.A.C Equipment - Highly rated equipment provides a higher level of efficiency.
95% AFUE High Efficient Furnace - Higher rating on equipment provides direct savings via less energy loss.

4. PRESSURE BALANCING
Return-air systems and jumper ducts help balance air pressure throughout the home, resulting in more consistent room temperatures. Pressure balancing also helps avoid drawing unhealthy air from unwanted areas.

Jumper Ducts - Provide fresh air to rooms and release poor air outside.

5. INTERNAL MOISTURE MANAGEMENT
Natural moisture flows, like humidity, inside the home are managed through a combination of features, including mechanical systems and fans that vent to the outside.

Honeywell Programmable Humidistat - Humidity control reduces moisture content inside of the home.
Fresh Air Venting - Disburses poor air out and circulates fresh air in.

6. COMBUSTION SAFETY
Combustion appliances within the conditioned space of the home are sealed or power vented, to help avoid backdraft and buildup of carbon monoxide.

Carbon Monoxide Detectors - Each home comes with CO monitors for extra peace of mind.
